Certificate IV Finance / Mortgage Broking
The Intellitrain Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) program meets the minimum education requirements under ASIC's NCCP Act.

The program has been written by industry specialists and incorporates both the required technical aspects of finance as well as the fundamental Sales, Marketing and Business Management required to be successful.

Gain your Cert IV via RPL
If you have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Finance Broker then you can likely gain your Certificate IV by Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) - a simple process which recognises your experience without the need for any additional training.

RPL involves the assessment of your previously unrecognised skills and knowledge against the requirements of the Cert IV using a simple step-by-step process.

The 5 steps in the process are:

1. Declarer - A qualified and experienced professional confirms your experience by completing a simple checklist and providing a copy of their CV
2. Your CV - Provide a copy of your current CV showing your relevant experience
3. Testimonials - Obtain 3 testimonials from your clients attesting to your experience and service
4. Unit Questions - Answer a short questionnaire of 10 questions
5. Case Study - Complete a case study, which is based upon a loan submission

CPD Webinar Program
Intellitrain delivers an ongoing monthly CPD webinar program designed specifically for finance brokers covering topics including Compliance, Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Personal Development as well as Technical Financial Services training.
