The Director, Neil Pinney, began as a Finance Broker in 1989 when he opend an office in Melbourne for Corporate Acceptance Pty Ltd. This company focused on Rental Finance using a P & A agreement with ARM. In 1993, he established his own brokerage under One Stop Finance Pty Ltd and, inter alia, took over the Melbourne office of Madigan Finance Pty Ltd.
Prior to establishing his own business, Neil Pinney worked for both the Federal and State Governments for a total of 17 years. He has a M. Com. degree from Melbourne University and is a fully licensed real estate agent.
The company is a mortgage originator and manager able to arrange most forms of property finance.
